Bye Bye, Big Bean
quotation marks, left
James came in for a snuggle this morning and we had a nice wee chat about the 'Big Bean'. This is what he always called sore tummies - he was always so bloated and full of wind after food.

He told me today that he thought everyone always had the Big Bean after they ate, but after he started TriEnza and No-Fenol, he realised you could eat and not have the Big Bean :)

I love that he can now tell me these things and it makes me very thankful for how far we have come.

Is it ok to Freeze Enzymes? Q and A

Q: I've been storing our enzymes in the freezer. Will that make the enzymes less effective?

A: It's safe to store enzymes in the freezer. Though not necessary (in the cupboard is fine), freezing enzymes will prolong their shelf life.

Just remember not to store enzymes in the refrigerator as it tends to be humid and humidity isn't good for most enzymes.
