You've heard of prebiotics and probiotics, but have you heard of POSTBIOTICS?

A postbiotic is a preparation of inanimate microorganisms or their components that provides a health benefit to the host. You may think this is a concept developed by probiotic manufacturers to use any dead probiotic bacteria they have lying around, and I wondered myself!
