Long Live Frozen Enzymes

Our last trip for 2012 was to the National Autism Association's annual conference at St. Pete's Beach, Florida. Families traveled far and wide to hear speakers on a variety of topics, including Dr. Houston's presentation on enzymes. It was fun to see Houston Enzymes in ice at the conference Meet & Greet we sponsored. Here is Dr. Houston chillin' with our cool logo. Now let's turn this into an enzyme tip! If you want to greatly extend the shelf life of enzymes, freeze them. Remember though that the refrigerator isn't a good place for enzymes because of its humidity. The freezer, however, is dry and its cold temps are great for storing enzymes beyond the date stamped on the bottle.  You can place both enzyme capsules and chewable enzyme tablets in the deep cold.
