If your desired shipping method shows a cost of $99.99, the weight of your of order has exceeded our shipping calculator's maximum value. A more reasonable custom shipping rate will be calculated and applied to your order before your credit card is charged. Contact us (866-757-8627) for more information on large order shipping costs. Orders (except US Express) placed by 11:00 am CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the day they are received. US Express Mail orders placed by 10:00am CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the day they are received. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day. On all "USPS Express" and UPS orders there will need to be someone there to sign for the package. If you need it to be dropped off without a signature, we will need you to email or fax a signature waiver request.
